lThe expenses for ticket change due to force majeure will be borne by the foreign aidfunds, but the expenses will NOT be covered if it is caused bya personal mistake or delay of the trainees.Studentsshould fully understandin advance and strictly abide by the epidemic prevention and control regulations of the homecountry, transit country,and Chinaespecially during the flight connection,andconduct nucleic acid testing, apply for green codeandpay fees as requiredwhile paying attention to self-protectionduringtheinternational travel.

lCASHis required to pay all the expenses along the way, please also prepare enough RMB for transportation, accommodation, and food.Otherwise, students need to take the responsibility for the money shortage and solve the problems caused by that during the travel.

lThe Health Code is needed from the Chinese embassy in both yourhome country and transit countries.If there is any question or problem regarding the Health Code, please contact the Chinese embassybefore your departure.

lDetailed boarding information could be found in the itinerary email. Please follow the instruction attached in the email andconfirm the latest policy with the Chinese embassy of transit country.

lJoin in the We Chat group via the QR Code attached and keep in touch with school.

During the quarantine period what you need to do：

STEP 1: Send the address and phone number of the designated quarantine hotel in the WeChat group.

STEP 2: Confirm with the hotel the exact date and time of finishing the quarantine and inform the school via Wechat so that your flight to Beijing could be booked.

STEP 3: Register in the Beijing Health Kit BEFORE you receive the domestic itinerary to Beijing(Refer tohttps://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/GRjPZWVBoJ_veTf3m-_VGAto register.)

STEP 4: Get the invoice for your accommodation and meals from the reception for reimbursement when you check out from the quarantine hotel. (The hotels need to fill in your passport name and CSC No. in the remarks column of the invoice.)

Please notice, if you skip any of these step, you are risking not getting reimbursed.

Cases you need to pay attention to and what you need to do in similar situations:

Case 1: The trainees transferred to a city and made two nucleic acids according to the transit requirements at the time of booking and obtained green codes, but the Air Division temporarily requested an additional nucleic acid test, which caused the trainee to miss the flight.

So students should ask the airline and airport about the latest transfer requirements after arriving at the transfer place.Make sure the flights you book permit you sufficient time to fullfill the requirements and avoid any delay so you won’t miss your flight.

Case 2:The trainees need to transfer twice to arrive in China. In the first transfer city the airport temporarily demanded that the costs of the hotel in the second transit be prepaid in local currency, which caused the students to miss the flight due to currency exchange.

Sostudents should ask the airline and airport about the latest transfer requirements after arriving at the transfer place.Make sure the flights you book permit you sufficient time to fulfill the requirements and avoid any delay so you won’t miss your flight.

Case 3:The Myanmar students had used the‘Myanmar-China border pass’to enter the border, but it could not be reflected in their passports. When they were questioned by the Kunming border inspection, the students answer with ambiguities were denied entry the border which lead to the cancellation of their visas and immediate repatriation.

SoMyanmar students who have entered and crossed the border with China Myanmar border pass should takethe passwith you for border inspection.
